How do you know the right time to sign a new energy contract?
We track the market daily and analyse trends that affect energy prices. Our clients get timely advice on when to lock in a deal — plus a monthly market report to keep you informed.
Do you offer invoice validation?
Absolutely. Our Account Executive team handles full Bureau services to make sure your invoices are accurate.
Do I need an energy audit?
If you want to cut costs and reduce energy waste, an energy audit is a smart move. We review your invoices, contracts, and usage to uncover savings opportunities tailored to your business.
Is Usave Power a member of the Energy Ombudsman ADR Scheme?
Yes. Usave is a member of the Energy Ombudsman’s Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) scheme. We also have a dedicated compliance department.
How does Usave Power get paid?
Our fee is usually built into your energy rate and/or standing charge (for example 0.5p/kWh) and paid directly by the supplier. We also offer a fixed-fee option, paid straight by you to us.
