Terms of Service

Terms of Service Terms of Service

These Terms apply between you (“Customer”) and USAVE Utility Contracts Ltd (registered in Scotland, SC578572), for utility consultancy services.

USave Power helps you compare and manage utility suppliers. We provide advice, research, and recommendations but are not a party to your contract with any supplier. We aim to provide our services carefully and professionally, but we cannot guarantee supplier performance, service quality, or pricing.

You agree to give accurate information, authorise USave Power to act on your behalf, and follow your supplier’s Terms and Conditions, including paying invoices in full. You understand that we are not liable for supplier actions.

Our services may involve a consultancy fee or commission, usually included in your supplier’s contract price. Prices may change due to market fluctuations, taxes, or supplier charges. If you cancel or do not proceed with a contract arranged through us, a fee may apply on a case-by-case basis.

Confidentiality & Data Protection

We store your data securely under GDPR and only share it as needed to provide our services or comply with the law.

Our liability is limited to the fees you have paid in the last 12 months, except for death, personal injury, fraud, or legal restrictions. You warrant that the information you provide is accurate.

Termination & Force Majeure

Services end when we provide our recommendations. Neither party is responsible for delays caused by events outside their control, such as natural disasters or strikes.

These Terms are governed by Scottish law. Disputes are under the jurisdiction of Scottish courts. If you are unhappy with our services, you can follow our complaints procedure or contact the Energy Ombudsman (ADR scheme C35USAV01) .
